Thunderbird Bay Owners Association filed as a Domestic Nonprofit Private Club in the State of Texas on Tuesday, March 23, 1976.

Thunderbird Bay is a community dedicated to providing a safe environment for our families and friends. Please obey all posted speed limits and help keep our association beautiful. Our association consists of a community park, pool, main boat dock and a secondary boat ramp.

Board members are elected at the annual home owners' association meeting. . All board members volunteer their time to serve the community.
