RESTRICTIONS AND BYLAWS
NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
Beginning January 2021, the names of property owners being restricted from common areas, such as boat dock, boat ramps, parks and/or pool areas will be posted.
This Denial of Use, after notice to correct the violation, is from failure to follow bylaws, deed restrictions or failure to pay dues.
DENIAL OF USE: Any owner in default of payment of dues or assessments, or any violation of any terms of these Bylaws, or any rule or regulation in force, after due notice to correct such violation, then the owner may be denied the use of the common areas owned by the Association until such default or violation is cured.
