CHECK LIST FOR PERMITS
1. Permits are signed by the owner.
2. Address of the site of needed permit. eg. 1234 Giddyup Co Ave.
3. Materials list is completed. Must be new material. No corrugated metal roofs or siding. No pallet fences.
4. Moving a mobile home or shed or building in must have a Brown County permit and must have pictures of the home/shed/building to be moved in.
5. If moving a building/home in - be sure to check for porch and/or carport allowance.
6. Have property; owner stake off location stie. Along with distance from the PROPERTY LINE, NOT THE STREET. This includes front back and sides.
7. Copy of septic permit needed to be put in file.
